• Muletown Labrador puppies are a $500 deposit, and $3,000 on pick up day (total $3,500).
• After you submit an application and if approved, you will then submit the deposit agreement and puppy contract. We will then send an invoice via QuickBooks with a line item for the deposit and a line item for the remaining puppy price. At minimum, you must send the deposit to reserve a spot, however you can continue to make payments as you wish. Total amount is due when you take your puppy home.
• All puppies come started on crate and potty training. We are proud to get great feedback from our puppy families with how well their puppy does with training when they bring him/her home.
• From Facebook and Instagram, we add important announcements and post frequent pictures/videos of the puppies to our stories. We try our best to get weekly professional pictures of each puppy, but this is not guaranteed as our priority is caring for the puppies.
• We do not do "pick of the litter." We do temperament testing, and place the puppies based on the type of home the puppy will be going to. We do this because we have puppies that go to family homes and hunting/hunt test homes, and a family home would not need the high drive puppy. We do allow gender and color preferences — if your specific gender and/or color is not available, you can switch to an upcoming litter or we can refund your deposit.
• We provide the go-home date for puppies when they are born. We allow a couple days of leniency, but otherwise a $250/week fee will be applied for late pick-ups. This is our weekly fee for our puppy headstart program, and your puppy will be automatically enrolled in this.
