Deposit Agreement

A $500 deposit is required to reserve a puppy, with a total price of $3,500. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, though specific exceptions apply (see below).

An invoice will be sent listing the $500 deposit separately. Buyers must pay at least the deposit amount, but may contribute additional funds, with the full balance due at pickup.

If no puppy matches the buyer's stated preferences (color, gender), they can transfer the deposit to a future litter or receive a full refund.

If planned breedings fail twice, a full refund is issued after one transfer attempt.

Litter sizes cannot be guaranteed, wait times may extend, and the deposit secures only a spot — not specific puppy characteristics or adult health guarantees.

If a buyer withdraws for reasons outside the preference clause, the breeder may refund the deposit at their discretion if the reserved puppy is resold.

This agreement operates under Tennessee state law.
